What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Group Finance team, you'll gain hands-on experience across a range of financial activities, including:

• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Reviewing accruals, prepayments and journals.
• Completing balance sheet reconciliations and investigating variances.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end processes.
• Supporting VAT, audit and tax requirements.
• Helping to develop and improve financial controls and processes.
• Producing cashflow reports and financial analysis.
• Working with stakeholders across the business to provide meaningful financial insight.

Requirements

• Min. Part Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Proven experience in a Financial Accountant role.
• Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and financial reporting.
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
• Experience in a Manufacturing environment
