π Responsibilities
β’ Convert Figma design files into fully functional, responsive WordPress pages
β’ Collaborate with our design, marketing, and content teams to understand vision and requirements
β’ Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility
β’ Optimize site performance, load speed, and SEO best practices
β’ Implement animations, micro-interactions, and advanced front-end features as needed
β’ Maintain a clean, modular, well-documented codebase
β’ Integrate and configure plugins, forms, tracking codes, and CMS logic as needed
β’ Perform regular site maintenance, updates, and improvements

β’ 3+ years of experience in WordPress development, with a focus on custom themes
β’ Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (vanilla + jQuery), and PHP
β’ Experience converting Figma (or Adobe XD/Sketch) designs into WordPress sites
β’ Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, Divi, WPBakery (optional but helpful)
β’ Proficient in responsive and mobile-first design practices
β’ Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, and accessibility standards
β’ SEO best practices for on-page elements
β’ Excellent attention to detailβdown to the last pixel and interaction
β’ Strong communication and ability to work collaboratively across remote teams
