β’ Implement animations, micro-interactions, and advanced front-end features as needed
β’ Integrate and configure plugins, forms, tracking codes, and CMS logic as needed

β’ Strong command of web development and Html, CSS, etc
β’ Experience converting Figma (or Adobe XD/Sketch) designs into Webflow sites
β’ Proficient in responsive and mobile-first design practices
β’ Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, and accessibility standards
β’ SEO best practices for on-page elements
β’ Strong communication and ability to work collaboratively across remote teams
