About this Capability Integration Specialist (Strategic Infrastructure) role at Quality People
Our client URGENTLY requires Capability Integration Specialist (Strategic Infrastructure) for a period of 3 months Contract.
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Capability Integration Specialist to support a critical national security project within the Defence sector. In this strategic role, you will work under limited direction to define the concepts, requirements, and infrastructure actions necessary to integrate advanced autonomous platforms into the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) airbase network. You will act as a key advisor, bridging the gap between high-level strategic planning and operational reality. Your work will directly inform decision-making at the executive level within the Air Force, ensuring that future infrastructure can support complex, next-generation air operations across diverse environments, including main operating bases and expeditionary forward sites.
Skills and Experience required includes:
- Demonstrated experience in capability development, infrastructure planning, or complex project management within a high-stakes Defence environment.
- Proven experience in the delivery of facilities within Project Space and a comprehensive understanding of the Fundamental Inputs to Capability (FIC).
- Proven ability to synthesise complex technical and policy information into concise, evidence-based advice for senior decision-makers.
- Exceptional ability to produce high-quality, professional Defence-standard documentation and artefacts.
- A strong understanding of airbase or large-scale facility requirements, including power, data, and operational support considerations.
- A Minimum Negative Vetting 2 (NV2) security clearance is mandatory.
Government experience would be highly advantageous.
