About this Face-to-Face Sales Representative role at Freddies Flowers
Freddie’s Flowers was founded by Freddie Garland in October 2014 with one ambition: to change people’s relationship with flowers. We believe flowers aren’t only for grand occasions, but they make every day special, inspiring creativity and sparking joy.
Our starting point was our direct-to-consumer subscription model, helping us grow a loyal UK following. We launched in Germany in 2020, and then in 2021 we secured significant backing from The Craftory, a like-minded purpose-led global investment house, helping us expand, develop and grow. 2023 saw us start our gifting service – bringing the best of Freddie’s Flowers to everyone who needs it (even last minute!).
From the seed of an idea we continue to flourish; we’re now a B Corp organisation. And our founding mission remains unchanged – to change the world of flowers, and to change the world with flowers.
About the Role:
We're looking for great people to join our field sales team in Bristol!

As a Face-to-Face Sales Representative, you'll be out and about representing Freddie's Flowers at events, pop-ups and amazing locations across the UK. From premium brand collaborations with names like Jo Malone & Joe & The Juice to bustling lifestyle events, you'll introduce people to our service, have genuine conversations and help turn curious passers-by into happy customers.
This is a full-time role working five days a week, weekends tend to be our busiest and most rewarding days, with larger events, higher footfall and greater earning potential.
Your Schedule
This is a full-time role with a minimum of 45 hours per week across five days.
Weekends are an important part of the role. That's when we attend many of our biggest events, meet the most customers and create the greatest earning opportunities.
Spring, summer and early autumn are our busiest seasons, packed with festivals, outdoor events and opportunities to earn more.
Our Head Office team carefully plans each week's schedule to create the best possible balance of locations, strong earning opportunities and efficient travel logistics, so you can focus on having a great week and getting the best results possible.
Training & Support
We'll give you all the tools to succeed from day one.
You'll receive industry leading sales training, one-to-one coaching and ongoing support to help you develop your communication skills, sale quality and overall confidence in the field.
Our targets are ambitious but realistic, built around what our current team achieves. You'll have regular check-ins, team meetings and support from people who are hugely invested in your success.
You'll often work alongside another member of the team and collaboration is a big part of how we work. We celebrate success together and help each other improve.

One week you could be soaking up the atmosphere at a summer event with a Pimm's in hand, the next wrapped up at a cosy Christmas market with a hot chocolate.

Requirements
What You'll Be Doing
- Representing Freddie's Flowers at events, pop-ups and brilliant locations across the UK
- Starting conversations and introducing new customers to Freddie's Flowers
- Travelling between locations on our branded e-bikes filled with beautiful flowers
- Working five days a week across a schedule built collaboratively with your manager
- Working towards clear and achievable sales targets based on the performance of our current team
- Travelling with colleagues to events around the country, including overnight stays
- Driving our branded vans to and from locations
What We're Looking For
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
- Someone who genuinely enjoys meeting and talking to people
- Confidence, resilience and a positive attitude
- A strong work ethic and the motivation to earn well
- Confidence riding an e-bike
- Excellent communication skills and plenty of energy
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, including regular weekends
- Previous sales experience is favourable but not necessarily required - we'll provide the training - we're looking for attitude and potential

Pay & Benefits
- £30,000 base salary
- On-target earnings of £35,000-£50,000, with uncapped commission
