- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, preferably in technology or fast-paced environments.
- Experience leading projects or driving process improvements.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to support decision-making.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and recruiting technologies to improve productivity and hiring outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
- High ownership and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Fluent English for daily activities, discussions, meetings and interviews.
- Experience in high-growth technology companies.
- Experience ATS platforms.
- Knowledge of People Analytics, Business Intelligence, or automation tools.
- Experience with employer branding, university recruiting, or talent community initiatives.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies or agile ways of working.
- Strategic hiring goals are achieved with high-quality hiring decisions and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Attraction & Selection processes become increasingly scalable, efficient, and data-driven.
- AI and automation are effectively incorporated into recruiting workflows.
- Strategic Attraction & Selection projects are successfully delivered and adopted across the company.
