What’s the opportunity? 
 

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Solutions to join us. The Delivery Solutions team plays a crucial role in enhancing sales efforts by ensuring that the commercial teams are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge, tools and assistance to effectively engage with customers and close deals, interaction with all areas of the organization is key.

Preferably in Kuala Lumpur/ Shenzhen/ Shanghai

 

What will I be doing?

  • Be the go-to person for the commercial team to understand (potential) client requirements and support deal structure from an operational perspective, evaluating feasibility and designing the necessary operational flows.

  • Determine go-to-market interest.

  • Collaborate with Product, IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Country Teams to promote expansion to new markets, and launch of new features/ services assisting with demonstrations and presentations. 

  • Define, standardize and provide tools, information and content for the sales team, including pricing tools and calculators.

  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance and optimize the sales process, including designing alternative operational workflows.

  • Identify new client needs/ commercial opportunities, prioritize and manage them with different areas of the company (Product, Technology, Operations, etc…) to implement tactical experience improvements or strategic long term solutions including new products and features.

  • What skills do I need?

  • 5–8 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Operations within Payments, Fintech, Financial Institutions, or similar industries. Experience in or exposure to emerging markets (APAC, LATAM, MENA, EMEA) is a strong plus.

  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience working with data to support commercial and operational decisions — including reporting tools, dashboards, or spreadsheet-based analysis. Empathic approach to problem-solving, with a strong capacity for teamwork.

  • AI & automation mindset — comfortable leveraging AI tools, LLMs, and automation workflows to improve productivity, output quality, and process efficiency. Able to identify repetitive or manual tasks and proactively find smarter ways to execute them.

  • Motivated and solutions-oriented — hands-on approach to complex business situations, with the ability to find alternatives when the answer is NO. Proactive, results-driven, and action-oriented.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Experience with project tracking tools (e.g. Jira) is a plus. Thrives in fast-changing, unstructured environments and embraces ecosystem evolution.

  • Collaborative team player — able to effectively lead a project or team when needed, while also contributing as a strong individual team member. Comfortable working cross-functionally across commercial, operations, legal, regulatory and product teams.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels — internal and external. Fluent English is required. Spanish and/or Chinese is a plus.

  • Technical background is a plus — whether in APIs, payment processing, or systems integration. Curious, self-starting profile with a positive attitude and a high bar for quality in every deliverable.
