This is a hybrid role based in Buenos Aires. As a Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end product launch initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery from planning through go-live and transition to business-as-usual. You will establish project governance, manage senior stakeholders, and drive complex projects in a dynamic international environment.
You will
- Lead end-to-end product launch projects across multiple business functions.
- Establish project governance and ensure alignment with key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, including Brand, Retail, Finance, Operations, GBS, Legal, Commercial, and HR.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and issues, and drive mitigation plans.
- Manage project scope, dependencies, and action items to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare executive status reports, dashboards, and Steering Committee updates.
- Support business readiness for go-live and ensure a smooth transition to BAU, including documentation and handover.
- Foster collaboration across international teams while driving accountability and project excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading medium to large-scale projects or programs, ideally within a PMO environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
- Experience using AI tools in project management is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
- Strategic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience working in international and matrix organizations.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Buenos Aires.
