To supervise and coordinate the daily restaurant service operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through efficient service delivery, adherence to brand and operational standards, and effective team leadership. The Service Supervisor is responsible for maintaining service quality, supporting staff development, handling guest concerns professionally, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations while contributing to the achievement of departmental business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the hotel industry.
- Previous experience in a Chinese restaurant is highly preferred.
- Good communication skills with proficiency in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented, pleasant, polite, assertive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Proven leadership experience with hands-on training responsibilities in an international working environment, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
- Creative, innovative, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage products and service standards.
- Capable of training, coaching, and developing new associates.
- Open-minded with strong leadership and team management skills.
