Our Client
Our client is a Singapore-based multinational food and beverage company specializing in the production and distribution of instant beverages, particularly coffee mixes and non-dairy creamers. Key Responsibilities
- Identify export markets suitable for development and business growth in line with sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and promotional plans to achieve sales targets and budgets.
- Cultivate new sales leads, prepare quotations, follow up with prospective customers, and secure new business opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers by conducting periodic visits, understanding customer needs, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Assist in achieving marketing and sales objectives by contributing market information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs.
- Improve product marketability and profitability by researching market opportunities, improving product packaging, and coordinating new product development.
- Plan, execute, and follow up on overseas sales trips, exhibitions, and trade show participation to support export business development.
- Assist in forecasting sales requirements.
- Prepare annual budgets, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions where necessary.
- Resolve customer service and product quality issues promptly with the assistance of the factory team.
- Ensure compliance with the company's Food Safety System requirements, including HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, BRC, IFS, and HALAL.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in identifying and developing export markets.
- Experience in sales planning and execution to achieve sales targets.
- Experience in overseas sales trips, exhibitions, and trade show participation.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and sales planning.
- Familiarity with Food Safety Systems such as HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, BRC, IFS, and HALAL.
