About this Experiential Marketing Lead (IMC) role at MSPS

At MSPS, we design and deliver brand experiences that connect people with brands in real life — from in-store activations and retail environments to large-scale events, festivals and branded experiences.


We are looking for a senior professional to lead experiential projects for major clients such as Lidl, Stoiximan and Kellanova (Pringles / Kellogg’s).

This is not a typical account or event manager role.
We are looking for someone who thinks like an experiential marketer and executes like a producer.

What you will do:

  • Lead end-to-end experiential projects across retail activations, events, festivals and sponsorships
  • Translate client briefs into tangible activation concepts and production plans
  • Own delivery from idea to on-ground execution
  • Manage timelines, partners, suppliers and production agencies
  • Ensure quality, budget control and flawless execution



What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5-7 years in experiential marketing, activations, events or production
  • Experience in BtL agencies, experiential agencies or production companies
  • Proven experience in activation-led projects not limited to corporate events or hospitality
  • Strong ability to move from concept to execution
