Daily Routine Administrative Support

1. Business trip logistics: Flight & hotel booking, travel coordination including Concur approval and direct communication with travel agents
2. Documents preparation: Compilation of binding presentation slides and other supporting documents
3. Meeting coordination: Schedule arrangement, restaurant booking, and other administrative tasks

Investor Reception Events (Average 1 Time per Month)

1. Investor site visits: Organize events for groups of over 10 attendees (e.g., the upcoming Singapore investor inspection trip)
2. One-on-one meetings with investors: On-site coordination and hospitality arrangements

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Bachelor degree in related major;
2. At least 3 years of EA experience in a foreign company;
3. Good communication and writing skills;
4. Familiarity with Microsoft, systems and related tools.
