About the Role

As an Analyst/Senior Analyst, you are accountable for quantifying and measuring the success of our marketing and advertising executions and for delivering quantifiable insights that enable us to innovate the work we deliver at MFG. You will be partnering with Analytics and cross-discipline team members in New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles, helping build continuity and imp between the various teams. We highly encourage professionals with experience in digital media execution (Search, Social, Programmatic) who possess strong analytical skills to apply.

Some of the things we’d like you to do:

  • Fully immerse yourself in marketing data (collection, cleaning, analysis, evaluation) as well as measurement methodologies (A/B testing, Matched Market Tests, statistical validation, etc.)
  • Champion real-time data QA, input, and formatting to ensure successful implementation of media measurement.
  • Proactively identify and resolve program & project issues, escalating appropriately
  • Transform data into visually appealing presentations
  • Communicate and tell a story with advertising campaign insights
  • Seek knowledge of other practices in order to understand how to tailor insights and recommendations towards actionability
  • Stay up to date on our product offerings and how it affects analytics
  • Occasionally manage conversations with vendors and clients

A bit about yourself:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier college, 3.0 GPA or equivalent. Degree within Analytics, Technology, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent experience
  • At least C1 English language proficiency or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience working in a marketing analytics-based role, preferably in a media agency
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint (Google Workspace a bonus)
  • Exposure to measurement of both Brand and Direct Response marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Highly organized and efficient under pressure
  • Natural affinity for numbers/data and a passion for playing with data in order to solve problems
  • Experience and knowledge of core ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, CM360, etc.
  • Experience with generative AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT) a plus
  • Experience with programming languages such as R, SQL, and Python a plus
