UF Resources is a fast-growing estate planning and financial services company based in Bradenton. Our Document Review Coordinators sit at the center of our operation: reviewing estate planning documents prepared by network attorneys, coordinating binder assembly, and making sure every client's plan is accurate, complete, and ready to deliver. Your eye for detail directly protects our members' families.

What you'll do

●       Review estate planning documents submitted by network attorneys for accuracy and completeness.

●       Coordinate and organize all documentation required to assemble estate plan binders.

●       Communicate directly with attorneys to obtain missing or corrected documents.

●       Assist with deed funding by reviewing deeds and related tax documentation.

●       Track case progress, maintain accurate records, and drive timely file completion.

●       Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep cases moving without bottlenecks.

What you bring

●       A sharp eye for detail — you notice what's off and you fix it before it becomes a problem.

●       Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple open files and deadlines.

●       Clear, professional written and verbal communication — especially when working with attorneys and partners.

●       Comfort with structured processes, checklists, and document management systems.

●       Experience in legal, real estate, title, mortgage, insurance, or financial services is a plus — but we'll train the right person.
