About this ERP Partner Account Manager role at Celigo
Integration meets Innovation
At Celigo, we believe integration should empower — not exhaust — innovation. As a modern Integration and Automation Platform (iPaaS), we’re on a mission to simplify how companies integrate, automate, and optimize processes. Powered by game-changing technology like runtime AI and prebuilt, mission-critical integrations, Celigo is redefining how businesses connect their world.
Celigo is looking for an ERP Partner Account Manager to build and scale strategic ERP partnerships that drive measurable business growth. This is a hunting and business development role that blends strategic thinking with nimble execution. The right person identifies the right partners for scale, clears the obstacles that keep them from building robust Celigo practices, and treats partner outcomes as their own.
What would you do if hired?
- Own the full ERP partner lifecycle from identification and recruitment through enablement and revenue performance. You move before you are asked and measure yourself by partner-sourced pipeline and closed business, not partner calls held.
- Build and execute a comprehensive ERP partner strategy aligned to Celigo's business goals. You connect each partnership decision to the bigger picture, think through second-order effects before committing, and adapt the plan when the market shifts.
- Define and drive joint go-to-market strategies with ERP partners, including co-marketing, co-selling, and solution integration. Develop compelling business cases, bring internal stakeholders along, and iterate the GTM motion based on what is actually working in the field.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product to maximize ERP-driven revenue opportunities and co-branded demand generation programs. When internal alignment is missing, you build it.
- Enable ERP partners to confidently market, sell, and support Celigo's integrated solutions. When a partner is stuck, you identify the obstacle and remove it without waiting for someone to assign it to you.
- Use AI to research and prioritize target ERP partners faster, surface performance insights across the portfolio, and draft partner enablement materials and business cases with greater speed. Your time goes to the human judgment that actually moves deals.
- Monitor KPIs across the partner portfolio, manage contract negotiations and renewals, and continuously refine the ERP program based on data and real partner feedback. You ship a version, run it, and improve it.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging opportunities in the ERP ecosystem, and bring those insights back to internal teams before they become obvious.
Who are we looking for?
Skills & Abilities
- You ask the question behind the question. When a partnership is underperforming, you dig into the root cause rather than the symptom, and you come to every executive conversation better informed than expected.
- You connect each partnership to Celigo's bigger picture. You understand how ERP relationships translate into company revenue and make decisions that serve the long-term outcome, not just the partner's immediate preference.
- You ship a functional partner program and iterate on it. You do not wait for a perfect playbook before recruiting your first partner; you build a thoughtful starting point, run it, and improve it based on real feedback from the field.
- You treat partner outcomes as your own. If a partner is falling short of their targets, you find the path forward without being asked. You measure yourself by results, not by activity.
- Energized by finding new ways to apply AI to your work, whether researching partner opportunities, accelerating enablement content creation, or pulling insights from performance data faster than a traditional workflow allows.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizations and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.
- Comfort with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Clari) and partner relationship management tools (Impartner, Salesforce PRM).
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5 or more years of experience in alliances, business development, or channel management, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful ERP or strategic technology partnerships.
- Strong understanding of SaaS ecosystems, cloud platforms, and enterprise software solutions.
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies with technology partners.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or API integrations is a plus.
