The role
We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead two cross-functional teams, 11 engineers in total. It's a fully remote position on a sharp, experienced, and motivated team, where you'll be empowered to lead with purpose, build for scale, and grow engineering excellence.
You’ll lead the delivery, optimize team performance, and foster a culture of ownership, quality, and collaboration.

What you will do
Lead and inspire two cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-impact work with quality and speed
Set and drive the technical direction in close partnership with strong Technical Leads
Hire, develop, and retain top engineering talent – you're a coach and enabler, not just a manager
Define and refine team processes for high-quality outcomes, efficient delivery, and continuous improvement
Build realistic roadmaps with Product Managers and keep backlogs well-prioritized and aligned
Plan and manage capacity, resources, and risk – balancing delivery with innovation
Proactively surface bottlenecks and delivery risks early, and act on them before they become blockers
Be the bridge between engineering and business, keeping stakeholders aligned and informed
Explore how AI can raise both product value and team efficiency
What you bring
A hands-on technical background: we're stack-agnostic, so strong Backend, Frontend, or mobile experience all qualify
People management experience: growing team members and managing performance
Project management strength: organizing work, communicating with stakeholders, analyzing risk, and solving problems before they escalate
High-level English (B2+): essential for day-to-day work with our English-speaking teams and Product Managers
Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and the software development lifecycle
A track record in requirements analysis and clear technical documentation
A collaborative mindset and the ability to rally a team around a shared vision
Nice to have
Experience building AI-powered features (we're keen to use AI to work smarter)
Familiarity with parts of our stack: .Net, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, AWS, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL
Experience with security best practices and B2B product development
