Energy Desk Support Analyst

The role will:

• Generate analytical reports on power and natural gas data, monitor results and drive useful observations.
• Advocate and implement improvements, focusing on calculating the cost of billing processes and verifying / auditing energy regulated charges.
• Collect and review energy related data as per finance / budgeting procedures.
• Prepare and update reports to regional and global energy Authorities as Distributors, Regulatory Authority for Energy (RAE), Ministry of Environment, Energy and Climate Change as well as Hellenic Statistical Authority
• Support billing processes, ensuring that contract requirements are implemented successfully.

• Perform data analysis aiming to provide actionable information for B2B Sales, regarding offers, energy consumption data, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as economics, STEM or similar

• At least 1-2 years working experience in data management.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; advanced working experience with large Excel datasets
• Familiarity with Query Language (SQL), Power BI and Python will be an asset.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Work equally well independently or as part of team
