Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Electrical Sales Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and provide technical support for electrical products and solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong sales skills to identify customer needs, prepare proposals, and close sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and industries.
  • Promote and sell electrical products, equipment, and solutions to contractors, consultants, distributors, and end users.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and technical demonstrations.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electrical solutions.
  • Prepare technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure orders.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and projects to maximize conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM systems.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

  • Certified SCE Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is a must.
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, electrical sales, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of electrical products such as switchgear, transformers, cables, control panels, circuit breakers, LV/MV systems, or industrial electrical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
  • Valid driving license is preferred.
