Optimal, on behalf of its client—a global leader in on-demand business intelligence and expert networking—is seeking ambitious Business Insights Associates to join its Graduate Program. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving complex problems, communicating with professionals across industries, and working in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

As a Business Insights Associate, you will play a key role in connecting leading organizations with top industry experts. You will work closely with clients to understand their strategic challenges, conduct targeted research to identify the most relevant experts, and facilitate valuable knowledge exchanges that support critical business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate industry experts who best match client needs and project requirements
  • Coordinate and facilitate connections between experts and clients worldwide
  • Conduct in-depth research across industries to source relevant professionals and insights
  • Develop core professional skills including consultative sales, negotiation, time management, and client communication
  • Proactively reach out to potential experts through multiple channels, including professional networks and direct outreach
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality client service

Requirements

  • 0–1 years of professional experience
  • Undergraduate degree in any field
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
