WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Call warm, pre-qualified leads who have already shown interest
• Schedule appointments for our outside sales team
• Follow a proven script and handle objections professionally
• Deliver a respectful, helpful experience on every call
• Keep accurate records in our system

WHAT WE OFFER

• $15.00/hr paid weekly + performance bonuses
• Part-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:30 PM
• Full-time option available: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Warm leads only — zero cold calling
• Paid training and hands-on support

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of call center or phone-based experience
• Clear communication and strong phone etiquette
• Reliable, coachable, and comfortable following a script
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Genuinely enjoys helping people
