We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our advisory team and keep daily office operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering and directing incoming calls with professionalism and confidence
- Manage and organize confidential client documents, including scanning, filing, and recordkeeping
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and support advisor workflows
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email communications
- Prepare basic correspondence, forms, and reports
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and team projects
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, reception, customer service, call center, or similar role
- Strong phone presence and comfort handling frequent client interaction
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a structured office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of discretion with confidential information
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or professional services
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
- Prior experience supporting a team in a client-focused environment
