The Opportunity

A PT-owned outpatient orthopedic office in Hallandale Beach, FL is looking for a Physical Therapist to treat patients in a professional, well-organized clinic setting. The role focuses on helping patients move better, recover safely, and return to daily life with improved strength and function.

This position offers flexibility, full benefits, and a patient schedule of 2 patients per hour.

What You’ll Do

As the Physical Therapist, you will manage patient evaluations, create treatment plans, provide skilled therapy, and guide each patient through their recovery process.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Treat orthopedic injuries, surgical cases, pain conditions, and movement limitations
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, balance training, and functional rehab
• Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
• Track outcomes and adjust plans of care as needed
• Supervise PTA care when needed
• Maintain timely documentation
• Communicate with patients and care team members in a clear, professional manner

Requirements

• Active Florida PT License required
• DPT or MSPT Degree required
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Orthopedic outpatient interest preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Benefits

Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience
• Schedule: Flexible — 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office
