Job Title: Specialty Doctor in Adult Forensic Psychiatry

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a dedicated Locum Specialty Doctor to join our dynamic Forensic Unit in the county of Bedfordshire for a full-time position lasting a minimum of two months. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality psychiatric care to patients in secure settings. The successful candidate will play a key role in assessment, treatment planning, and risk management, contributing to the unit’s commitment to rehabilitation and recovery. Applicants must hold full GMC registration and have relevant experience in forensic or general adult psychiatry. Immediate start preferred along with previous experience in a forensic setting.

Qualifications and Experience:

• GMC registration (essential)

• Section 12 approval (Desirable)

• 3+ Years experience working in a psychiatry position 

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
