We are seeking an organized and proactive EPMO Coordinator with 3+ years of experience to support strategic initiatives, executive operations, and organizational performance. The role involves coordinating projects, preparing reports and dashboards, tracking action plans, improving internal processes, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient execution of organizational priorities.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in PMO, EPMO, project coordination, or operations.
- Experience preparing reports, dashboards, and performance tracking.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on action items.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO and COO in executing strategic priorities and organizational initiatives.
- Monitor and follow up on key decisions, action plans, and organizational objectives to ensure timely execution.
- Establish, document, and continuously improve internal systems, processes, policies, and governance frameworks.
- Drive operational efficiency, standardization, and organizational sustainability.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across departments.
- Develop and maintain organizational dashboards, KPIs, management reports, and performance tracking mechanisms.
- Support fundraising, donor engagement, partnership development, and business development activities.
- Coordinate the preparation, submission, and follow-up of proposals, tenders, and strategic opportunities.
- Maintain effective communication and follow-up with key stakeholders, clients, partners, and funding organizations.
- Support executive meetings through agenda preparation, documentation, presentations, and follow-up on action items.
- Ensure proper documentation, knowledge management, and institutionalization of best practices.
- Undertake special projects and both operational and strategic assignments as directed by the CEO and COO.
