About the role
The VEGA Americas co-op program is designed to give students real-world, hands-on experiences. This paid position allows students to use the knowledge they’ve learned in the classroom and apply it to everyday workplace scenarios. Co-ops are full members of their department with daily responsibilities, and graduates who complete the program will obtain new skills they can use in their careers.
We have a Fall 2026 Co-Op opportunity in Legal & Risk Management!
What you'll do:
- Provide administrative, organizational, and general research support to the Legal and Risk Management functions.
- Draft, develop, and maintain internal policy and process documents
- Support contract administration, review, and compliance documentation under the direction and supervision of the In-House Attorney
- Assist vendor compliance program benchmarking, tracking, and reporting (Improve EcoVadis score 2026/2027)
- Collaborate with the Safety Manager on Certificate Management and related vendor documentation
What you'll need:
- Undergraduate student in good standing in a two or four-year degree program, sophomore standing or above.
