We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced candidate to fill the position of Front Desk Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a strong attention to detail.

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction. As a leader, you will supervise and train the front desk team, handle guest complaints and requests, and ensure the smooth operation of all front office procedures. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott.

Daily Pay - Get Paid Any Day!

Pay: $18- $21 per hour

Schedule: Weekdays and Weekends

Job Type: Full- Time, swing shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the front desk, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest requests, and staff scheduling
• Train and supervise front desk staff, ensuring high levels of professionalism and guest service
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively
• Ensure all front office procedures and policies are followed, including cash handling and credit card processing
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including occupancy rates and guest preferences
• Cover desk shifts, that may include Night Audit shifts as well

Requirements

• Prior hotel experience 1-2 years, preferably in a leadership role
• Front of the house hotel experience
• Strong knowledge of front desk operations or property management
• Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Marriott knowledge is a plus nut not a requirement
