PMO & Value Acceleration
- Drive program governance, including meeting facilitation, action item tracking, and decision documentation.
- Develop and maintain program plans, risk logs, dependency management processes, and executive-ready reporting (dashboards, scorecards, and business reviews).
- Collect and synthesize program performance data to provide visibility into health, risks, and opportunities for leadership.
- Partner with stakeholders to implement scalable work management practices that improve efficiency and execution consistency.
- Capture and communicate lessons learned/best practices to feed back into the consulting practice.
WHAT YOU BRING
