Now comes the harder part.
Finding the next chapter of growth.
We're looking for a Director, Product & Revenue to lead our core Photos business and unlock its next level of performance.
You'll sit at the intersection of product, growth, marketing, operations, and customer experience - owning the biggest levers in the business and deciding where to push next.
Pricing. Packaging. Merchandising. Upsells. Promotions. Retention. Conversion. New product concepts. Customer experience.

What You’ll Do
- Own the growth and performance of the core Photos business
- Identify and prioritize the biggest revenue opportunities across the customer journey
- Lead product initiatives that improve conversion, retention, and customer delight
- Partner closely with Marketing, Design, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Experience
- Use customer insights and data to shape strategy and investment decisions
- Drive experimentation across pricing, offers, merchandising, bundles, and lifecycle experiences
- Develop new product concepts and revenue streams within the Photos category
- Help define what the next generation of Mixtiles Photos looks like
