As our Director of Housekeeping, you are the guardian of our guests' most intimate spaces. You lead with vision, inspire with purpose, and execute with relentless precision. From our Moorish-inspired suites to our private beachfront villas, you will be responsible for ensuring that every corner of Cap Juluca reflects the very highest standards of luxury, comfort, and care.
- Set the gold standard — lead the resort to consistently achieve and exceed Forbes Five-Star and LQA (+90 points) benchmarks
- Inspire a passionate team — recruit, train, mentor, and empower a high-performing housekeeping and laundry team to deliver intuitive, heartfelt service
- Curate perfection — oversee the presentation of every room, villa, and public space with an artist's eye and an operator's discipline
- Drive smart operations — manage budgets, forecasting, inventory, and cross-departmental coordination with precision and agility
- Lead sustainably — champion eco-responsible practices in alignment with LVMH's global sustainability vision
- Be a cultural force — foster a workplace culture rooted in warmth, respect, growth, and the Belmond spirit of authentic luxury
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of senior housekeeping leadership experience in a Forbes Five-Star or equivalent ultra-luxury international resort or hotel
- Proven excellence in Forbes Travel Guide and LQA quality standards
- Sharp financial acumen — confident in budgeting, labour management, and departmental forecasting
- Mastery of Property Management Systems and modern housekeeping technology platforms
- Empathetic, inspiring leadership — you build loyal teams and trusting relationships with ease
- A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and an obsessive eye for aesthetic detail
- Calm, decisive, and solutions-oriented under pressure
- A degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent senior luxury experience
