The Pinterest Measurement team partners closely with advertisers to help grow their businesses through rigorous measurement and iterative learning. We sit at the intersection of Business and Product, helping to drive performance for advertisers and providing in-market feedback to our Product org to influence our ads and measurement solutions strategies.
We are looking for a Director to lead Measurement across our European markets. This role reports directly into the Global Head of Measurement.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and develop a team of regional measurement leaders supporting advertisers across a diverse set of categories and media objectives
- Own the measurement strategy, operations, goal setting, and learning plan development for our European markets.
- Build measurement fluency and competency across immediate team, Sales, and other cross-functional partners
- Drive strategic conversations with Sales Leaders to monitor business needs and proactively address regional needs through scaled playbooks and distribution of measurement collateral
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Product Marketing to evaluate, position, and improve Pinterest’s measurement and ad products
- Actively monitor, synthesize, and action off industry-wide themes, trends, and opportunities, including health of sector business and Pinterest ad performance
- Help develop and drive regional-level strategy, operational practices, and other team initiatives and ensure accountability across the team in terms of meeting established goals and milestones
- Serve as a conduit between ads measurement industry and Pinterest Measurement team, representing Pinterest’s thought leadership and POV in market through activities such as attending conferences, speaking engagements, and penning business site posts
- Identify and champion opportunities to apply AI across measurement workflows, including insight generation, analysis acceleration, experimentation design, and scaled knowledge sharing.
What we’re looking for:
- 15+ years of analytics and measurement experience within a technology company, media agency, consulting firm, advertiser, or research company.
- 6+ years of technical/analytical team leadership and people development experience.
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing Analytics, Statistics or equivalent experience.
- Deep experience with the digital advertising and measurement ecosystem, including the impact of digital privacy laws and regulations.
- Deep experience with measurement concepts, solutions, and underlying statistical fundamentals leveraged in the ads measurement ecosystem.
- Deep experience in influencing client or partner relationships in both Brand & Performance-heavy verticals.
- Structure and lead custom analyses to address strategic business problems.
- Communicate complex measurement concepts to senior audiences with a wide range of measurement sophistication.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate, adopt, and guide the responsible use of AI in analytical and operational environments, with sound judgment around data quality, privacy, interpretability, and business applicability.

- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration once per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the Pinterest Dublin office.
