About this Director - Marketing Technology (MarTech) role at Qiddiya Investment Company
Qiddiya is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Director, Marketing Technology (MarTech) to own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of Qiddiya’s marketing technology ecosystem, driving measurable business outcomes.
The role will lead the design and delivery of data-driven marketing capabilities across customer journeys, analytics, attribution, automation, personalization, and marketing operations, ensuring Qiddiya delivers consistent, high-performing customer experiences across all touchpoints.
You will lead teams and partners to build and optimize a MarTech ecosystem that is scalable, secure, compliant, and positioned for growth—bridging marketing objectives with technology execution.
Key Responsibilities
Martech Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the Martech strategy aligned to Qiddiya’s brand, commercial objectives, and guest lifecycle.
- Develop a platform and capability roadmap (CRM, CDP/CRM enhancements, marketing automation, consent, measurement).
- Standardize processes and governance for Martech releases, integrations, and data quality.
Customer Journeys & Personalization
- Oversee the build and optimization of end-to-end customer journeys (acquisition → conversion → retention → reactivation).
- Lead execution of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle programs using first-party data.
- Ensure best practices in lifecycle messaging, offers, content orchestration, and frequency controls.
Measurement, Attribution & Analytics
- Establish clear measurement frameworks for campaigns and lifecycle programs (KPIs, dashboards, experimentation).
- Own attribution and performance reporting, ensuring accurate and actionable insights.
- Partner with analytics/data teams to improve tracking, event taxonomy, and reporting reliability.
Martech Architecture, Integration & Security
- Oversee the integration strategy between marketing platforms and enterprise systems (CRM, data sources, web/mobile, ticketing, loyalty, CMS).
- Ensure privacy-by-design, consent management , and compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Coordinate with IT/security to ensure data protection and system reliability.
- Manage the relationship with key vendors and ensure their service levels.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor Martech professionals; manage vendor/agency relationships.
- Create cross-functional alignment with Brand, Content, Partnerships, Media, and Product teams.
- Communicate roadmap progress, performance outcomes, and risks to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in marketing technology, CRM, or marketing operations; 5+ years in a senior/lead role.
- Strong knowledge of CRM & lifecycle marketing (journeys, segmentation, automation).
- Proven experience with Martech ecosystems, including data integration, automation, and analytics.
- Deep understanding of tracking/measurement, attribution approaches, and experimentation methodologies.
- Experience with enterprise-grade platforms and APIs and managing system integrations.
- Strong project/program management skills; ability to lead roadmap delivery and operational governance.
- Experience in entertainment, hospitality, retail, ticketing, or loyalty programs.
- Familiarity with CDP concepts and customer identity solutions.
- Experience implementing consent management and privacy frameworks.
- Experience with marketing cloud ecosystems and analytics tooling commonly used in large-scale enterprises.
- Experience in Adobe Martech suite of products.
