About this Digital Pre-Sales, Senior role at Adree
Adree is seeking a Digital Pre-Sales, Senior professional to support our sales process by translating customer needs into technical solutions. You will lead solution scoping, support proposals, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure that Adree’s value is clearly communicated and aligned with customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales activities for Digital/IT solutions, including QA/QC, OutSystems & Low Code/No Code, and Application/Infrastructure Performance Monitoring.
- Understand customer requirements and convert them into clear solution approaches.
- Prepare and support technical proposals, scope documents, statements of work (SOWs), and response to RFPs.
- Participate in customer meetings to present solution architecture at a business and technical level.
- Collaborate with internal teams to estimate efforts, define solution components, and ensure feasibility.
- Conduct product/solution demonstrations and assist in technical validations.
- Support sales negotiations with strong technical justification and risk/assumptions management.
- Maintain and grow customer confidence by ensuring proposals reflect Adree’s quality standards and delivery capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales within IT services.
- Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle and quality practices (QA/QC).
- Experience with OutSystems and/or Low-Code/No-Code solutions (preferred).
- Experience in application performance monitoring / infrastructure monitoring (a plus).
- Proven capability in writing and supporting technical proposals for enterprise customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, architects/engineers).
