About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to drive measurable growth across both paid and organic marketing channels.

This is not a coordination-only marketing role. You’ll own the strategy, execution, optimization, and performance of campaigns that directly impact lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

What You’ll Own

Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Build and manage campaigns across:
    • Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    • LinkedIn Ads
    • X (Twitter) Ads
    • Reddit Ads
    • TikTok Ads
  • Develop full-funnel B2B lead generation strategies.
  • Launch campaigns end-to-end, including:
    • Audience targeting
    • Campaign structure
    • Conversion tracking
    • Creative direction
    • Optimization workflows
  • Write and test high-converting ad copy.
  • Continuously test:
    • Messaging
    • Audiences
    • Hooks
    • Creative formats
    • Landing pages

Organic & Social Media Growth

  • Drive organic growth across:
    • LinkedIn
    • X (Twitter)
    • Instagram
    • TikTok
    • Other relevant social platforms
  • Develop content strategies aligned with paid marketing initiatives.
  • Test messaging organically before scaling through paid campaigns.
  • Increase:
    • Audience engagement
    • Brand awareness

  • Identify platform trends and growth opportunities.

Campaign Optimization & Scaling

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize proactively.
  • Improve:

    • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
    • Conversion Rate (CVR)
  • Conduct structured A/B testing across:

  • Stay current with:

Analytics, Tracking & Attribution

  • Track performance across:

    • Pixel implementation

  • Utilize:

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Proven experience managing:

  • Demonstrated success generating qualified B2B leads and measurable pipeline growth.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple acquisition channels.
