What you will do: 

We're looking for a Digital Experience Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. In this role, you'll lead the design of modern websites and digital products, from user flows and wireframes to polished interfaces and developer-ready design systems.

While you'll occasionally contribute to digital product design, the majority of your work will focus on website redesigns, optimization projects, and conversion-focused user experiences, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring exceptional digital experiences to life

What You'll Own

User Experience & Information Architecture

• Design intuitive user journeys, navigation structures, and information architecture that support business goals and user needs.
• Define end-to-end user flows for onboarding, browsing, task completion, and engagement.
• Translate business requirements into thoughtful, user-centered experiences.

Wireframing & Prototyping

• Create low-fidelity wireframes to explore layouts, functionality, and user interactions.
• Develop interactive prototypes in Figma to validate concepts, gather stakeholder feedback, and support product decisions.
• Iterate designs based on usability feedback and project requirements.

UI Design & Visual Systems

• Design modern, responsive, high-fidelity interfaces for websites and digital experiences.
• Create production-ready UI using reusable components, responsive layouts, design tokens, and accessibility best practices.
• Ensure consistency across typography, spacing, color, interaction patterns, and visual hierarchy.

Design Systems

• Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems that improve consistency and accelerate development.
• Define reusable UI components, documentation, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+), and interaction guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design systems.

Collaboration & Design Delivery

• Partner with product managers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and collaborative workshops.
• Prepare organized Figma files, design specifications, annotated workflows, and developer handoff documentation to ensure smooth implementation.

Requirements

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, Product Designer, Digital Experience Designer, or similar role.
• Strong experience designing modern, responsive websites and digital experiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, prototyping, and design systems.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Experience redesigning and optimizing websites for usability and conversion.
• Experience designing websites on Shopify and/or WordPress.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or related tools).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice to Have

• Experience designing SaaS platforms or digital products.
• Agency experience working with multiple clients and projects.
• Experience conducting usability testing or user research.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+).
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communications, or a related field.
