🔑 About The Job
At Omaze, creativity moves fast. From luxury home launches to fundraising campaigns, we create an incredible amount of content across multiple channels and that's where you come in.
As our Delivery Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind keeping our creative projects running smoothly from brief to delivery. You'll partner with Creative, Production, Marketing, Product and external partners to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.
This isn't a traditional project management role. We're looking for someone who's excited about the future of creative operations and understands how AI can transform the way teams work. You'll champion smarter ways of planning, documenting and managing projects using Notion and AI-powered workflows, helping the business spend less time on administration and more time creating outstanding work.
You'll constantly look for opportunities to improve processes, automate repetitive tasks and build scalable systems that allow our creative teams to do their best work.
🔧 What You'll Be Doing
Own Content Delivery
Own the end-to-end delivery of creative and content projects across multiple teams.
Build clear project plans, timelines and priorities while balancing competing deadlines.
Ensure projects move efficiently from briefing through production, approvals and delivery.
Identify risks early and proactively remove blockers before they impact delivery.
Optimise Creative Operations
Develop scalable workflows that improve how content is planned, produced and tracked.
Own and continuously improve our project management workspace in Notion.
Create templates, dashboards and documentation that make project information accessible and actionable.
Establish clear ways of working that improve collaboration across Creative, Marketing and Production.
Bring AI Into Everyday Project Management
Use AI to improve project planning, meeting notes, documentation, reporting and workflow management.
Design AI-enabled workflows within Notion to reduce manual administration and improve team efficiency.
Experiment with new AI capabilities and identify practical opportunities to improve how content is delivered.
Build repeatable prompts, templates and automations that help teams work smarter.
Partner with our AI Enablement team to embed new ways of working across the creative organisation.
Collaborate Across The Business
Work closely with Creative, Marketing, Product, Brand, Production and external agencies.
Keep stakeholders informed through clear communication and regular project updates.
Facilitate project kick-offs, planning sessions and retrospectives that drive continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency and collaboration.
Measure & Improve
Monitor project performance and delivery metrics.
Use data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
Continuously evolve our project management practices as the business grows.
🤩 About You
You're an organised problem solver who loves bringing order to complexity. You enjoy helping creative people do their best work by creating systems that make work feel easier, not more bureaucratic.
You're naturally curious about AI and enjoy experimenting with new ways of working. Rather than chasing every new tool, you're focused on applying technology where it genuinely improves productivity and collaboration.
You'll probably have experience as a Content Project Manager, Creative Project Manager, Production Manager or Operations Manager in a fast-paced creative, media or marketing environment.
You'll also bring:
Experience managing multiple creative or content projects simultaneously.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Advanced experience using Notion as a project management and documentation platform.
Experience incorporating AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI or similar) into day-to-day project management.
Strong understanding of content production and creative workflows.
Confidence improving processes and introducing new ways of working.
A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for operational excellence.
The ability to balance attention to detail with pace and pragmatism.
Experience working in high-growth, agile environments is a bonus.
Extra information:
⭐ Office Policy: 3 days in person, 2 days at home each week
