What you will be doing:

As the Delivery Dispatcher for our operation, you are directly responsible for overseeing and assisting in the daily delivery of our boxes. You will manage, mentor, and develop a team of drivers who ultimately ensure that our customers have a great overall experience. You will be reporting to the Delivery Managers and assisting them in ensuring a successful assembly and delivery of customer orders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in dispatching/driving role preferred, but not required
• Working knowledge of optimization techniques and process flow improvements
• Experience managing a nimble, fast-growing team
• Computer skills, particularly Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Excels at independent, unsupervised work
• Personal cell phone to communicate with drivers in emergency situations
• Doesn’t shy away from holding people accountable
• Excited about Imperfect Foods and our mission!

Schedule

• Shift: Overnight Hybrid, 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Rotating schedule:
  • Work 4 consecutive days, followed by 4 consecutive days off
  • Then work 3 consecutive days, followed by 3 consecutive days off
• This rotation repeats throughout the year.
