Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Dealer to join our team. This role involves rotational shift work, and the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills, with the capacity to perform effectively under pressure.

Requirements

• Work experience in a dealing desk is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets (CFDs, futures, options, stocks) and forex.
• Ability to work 24/5 rotational shifts from Monday and Friday, with the flexibility to cover Saturday or Sunday and Public Holidays, if requested.
• Expertise in technical and fundamental analysis.
• Understanding of common customer trading techniques.
• Proficiency in various trading platforms.
• Knowledge of MT-manager and other dealer terminals is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; Russian is preferable.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor and process trading operations.
• Monitor customer activities, assess their impact on company revenue, and prepare profitability reports.
• Ensure the proper functioning of trading software.
• Investigate and resolve client complaints.
• Provide market-related information to management and employees.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors' news.
• Prepare regular regulatory reports and address regulatory issues.
