As we continue our transition toward a 100% AI-native product and People function at Lucanet, we are seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to define strategic direction and drive operational excellence across the entire employee lifecycle.
This is not a purely execution-focused role. You will play a critical part in shaping how People Operations evolves and scales alongside the company’s growth. You will set best-in-class standards for compliance, data integrity, and operational efficiency, while acting as a trusted advisor to People leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Bringing deep operational expertise and a forward-thinking mindset, you will leverage technology, automation, and AI to build a People Operations function that is scalable, compliant, and truly employee-centric.
This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with strong end-to-end People Operations experience, who is passionate about enhancing both employee experience and operational performance.
What you'll do
- Deliver Operational Excellence and Drive Process Improvement
- Take full ownership of end-to-end People Operations processes within a shared services environment, covering the entire employee lifecycle (hire to retire).
- Execute core operational activities with precision—including personnel administration, documentation, and payroll inputs—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
- Support the evolution of a modern, scalable People Operations shared service function focused on efficiency, quality, and employee-centricity.
- Act as a go-to expert for complex and sensitive cases, stepping in where judgment and deep expertise are required.
- Identify inefficiencies and actively improve processes, balancing hands-on delivery with continuous optimization.
- Optimize HR systems and lead the implementation of automation and AI-driven solutions to reduce manual effort and improve service quality.
-
Collaborate closely with People Business Partners, Employee Relations, Talent, and other stakeholders to align operations with business needs.
-
Act as an escalation point and trusted advisor for operational and employee-related topics.
What you bring to the table
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in People Operations / HR, with a strong track record of owning and managing complex, end-to-end processes at scale; experience in a fast-growing or tech-driven environment is a plus.
- Experience working in a Shared Services or centralized People Operations function, supporting multiple countries and operating with ticketing/workflow systems
- Proven ability to lead initiatives from concept to execution and influence stakeholders across the business without direct authority.
- Strong, hands-on expertise in labor law, payroll, and employee benefits, ideally across multiple countries or jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement, standardization, and automation, including hands-on experience with HR technologies and AI-driven tools.
- Solid experience working with HRIS platforms
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
