Role Summary

 

Regional Manager Sales – Digital Solutions is responsible for leading regional sales, adoption, and revenue growth of Jazz's digital solutions portfolio across the SOHO/MSME segment in various verticals including but not limited to retail, manufacturing, hospitality, pharma etc. This includes SaaS solutions (Including but not limited to POS, LMS, Digital Commerce, Logistics, surveillance, CRM, ERP etc.) and emerging technology solutions built on including but not limited to IoT, AI etc.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Developing & Executing marketing strategies, tailored to local business.
  • Building relationships with small business owners and decision makers
  • Drive regional digital portfolio sales and achieve or exceed assigned revenue and pipeline targets through new business acquisition, upselling, and customer expansion.
  • Establish and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies specifically for digital products and solutions
  • Analyzing Market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies
  • Lead key client engagements & negotiate commercial terms
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a region-wide team of Business Consultants/Sales Specialists
  • Prepare accurate rolling forecasts, weekly/monthly sales reports, business reviews, and pipeline dashboards for Regional Head and senior leadership.
  • Represent Jazz at local business forums, trade associations, and chamber of commerce events to build brand presence and credibility

Requirements

Education

·       Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience:

·       Minimum 5 years of progressive sales and account management experience, with at least 2 years in team leadership or supervisory role

·       Demonstrated experience selling to SOHO/MSME customers — including micro-businesses such as retail shops, restaurants, clinics, boutiques, or factories etc. — is strongly preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in local businesses.  
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
