Position Overview
We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time role in Lone Jack, Missouri. This opportunity is based in a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic that treats patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, create care plans, provide skilled treatment, document progress through WebPT, and work with a clinical team of 2 PTs and 2 PTAs. The clinic serves patients from 11 to 90 years old, offering a broad range of treatment needs and recovery goals.

Daily Patient Volume: 7–15 patients
Weekly Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 visits
Pay Range
- $65K–$70K annually for new graduate Physical Therapists
- $80K–$90K annually for experienced Physical Therapists, based on years of experience
Preferred Schedule
Four 10-Hour Days Preferred
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Tuesday off each week
Monday–Friday Option
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and reassessments
- Build treatment plans that address strength, mobility, range of motion, balance, and function
- Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions using appropriate PT interventions
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, mobility training, and functional movement work
- Teach patients home programs and safe activity progression
- Track patient response and modify care plans as needed
- Maintain timely documentation in WebPT
- Partner with PTAs to support consistent treatment delivery
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Outpatient orthopedic experience is helpful, but not required
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills
- Ability to work professionally with patients across different ages and conditions
