Answering primarily calls, the Junior Customer Success Specialist is Treatwell’s go-to contact for customers and salon partners. As an expert on all things Treatwell, you’ll be confident in supporting and answering a range of questions, from how to use our salon software, to addressing concerns about treatments and online bookings.

You’re highly efficient, able to manage multiple tasks at once, while still maintaining a positive attitude and friendly service in every interaction you have. This is a full-time on-site role working in an international environment from our lovely Athens office.

Working hours for this position will be Monday to Friday from 09:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in every communication you have.
  • Managing phone call interactions with customers and salon partners, maintaining a professional tone.
  • Using tools like Slack and more importantly Salesforce to inform the team and keep them up-to-date of your communication with customers.
  • Solving problems by analysing complex issues and facilitating productive conversations between our customers and partners.
  • Handling a high volume of inquiries mainly via phone - but also over chat if needed - with ease and confidence, escalating cases to the Customer Success Managers when necessary.
  • Not only providing our customers and partners with support, but also having the chance to build your commercial skills by advising and supporting our salon partners to help develop their business.

About You:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support (experience on Phone Support and Live Chat will be a plus)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Greek and English.
  • Strong attention to detail, while still maintaining an efficient pace.
  • Highly organised, able to structure your day, reach goals and targets.
  • Positive attitude with an eagerness to proactively take ownership over your work.
  • Proactive, taking ownership of performance and taking time to self-reflect.
