Senior Customer Success | Cabify Logistics Colombia

🚀 Estamos buscando un Senior Customer Success que quiera convertirse en un socio estratégico para nuestros clientes corporativos, impulsando su crecimiento y asegurando que obtengan el máximo valor de nuestras soluciones.

¿Qué harás?

✅ Gestionar y desarrollar una cartera de clientes corporativos de alto impacto.

✅ Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, expansión y adopción de nuevos servicios.

✅ Construir relaciones sólidas con stakeholders operativos, financieros y tomadores de decisión.

✅ Liderar reuniones ejecutivas de seguimiento (MBR/QBR) basadas en datos y resultados.

✅ Trabajar de manera cercana con equipos de Operaciones, Producto y Comercial para garantizar una experiencia excepcional.

✅ Ser la voz del cliente dentro de Cabify Logistics.

Lo que buscamos

✔ 3+ años de experiencia en Customer Success, Account Management, Key Account Management o gestión de cuentas B2B.

✔ Experiencia gestionando clientes corporativos y desarrollando relaciones de largo plazo.

✔ Capacidad para analizar métricas de negocio y convertirlas en planes de acción.

✔ Manejo de CRM (idealmente Salesforce) y herramientas de análisis como Excel o Google Sheets.

✔ Experiencia en logística, transporte, e-commerce, tecnología o servicios B2B será altamente valorada.
