Responsibilities:

• Handle calls related to payroll concerns through inbound/outbound calls.           
• Sends email/respond to intercom related to payroll concerns           
• Do outbound calls to facilities and nurses if needed.              
• Meet or exceed individual and team targets.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of BPO experience in a Voice Account
• Payroll experience is a PLUS, not required.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
