We are seeking a Customer Relationship Management – Service Matter Expert (CRM-SME).
Main Responsibilities
- Administer and support daily activities related to the continuous use of the Oracle Service Cloud console.
- Contribute to the proactive optimization of the application, including system health monitoring and improvements.
- Maintain ePay’s knowledge base (create, update, audit, and clean as needed).
- Improve customer service procedures, policies, and organizational standards.
- Manage Oracle Service Cloud site configurations.
- Analyze statistics and other data to assess service performance levels.
- Participate in product update meetings and weekly operational meetings as needed.
- Conduct training for new and existing employees on Oracle Service Cloud.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (SQL, HTML, CSS, and PHP knowledge is a strong plus).
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong action planning skills.
- High level of motivation and perseverance.
- Demonstrates flexibility and comfort working in technical environments.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with strong listening abilities.
- Studies with web design/engineering or cloud-based technologies are a plus.
- Preferred studies include experience or ongoing studies in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and AI technologies.
