About the Role
Suno is seeking a Creator Community & Scaled Programs Manager to help grow and support Suno's creative programs at scale, including Spark, our artist incubator program, and Hooks, our short-form music video feed.
This role focuses on running strategies that support developing creatives and the broader Suno community at scale, from program mechanics to community engagement to large-scale education initiatives, as program volume grows.

What You’ll Do
Identify, activate, and engage high-potential Suno-native users and developing creatives and artists into retentive and engaging communities
Provide one-to-many support, education, and resources to creatives
Evolve programs from manual sourcing toward more scalable, system-driven models
Build and run scalable support systems for Spark, Hooks, and future creative programs, including inbox workflows, onboarding flows, FAQs, help resources, office hours, and community touchpoints
Monitor program health and iterate on mechanics accordingly
Ensure a consistent and high-quality creator experience while operating at scale
Translate recurring creator questions, product friction, and community feedback into clear insights for Creator Partnerships, Product, Trust & Safety, and Marketing
Partner with Creator Operations to improve tracking, tooling, automations, ticketing systems, and reporting across creator programs
What You’ll Need
4+ years of experience in community management, creator management, or program management at a tech or creator platform
Strong builder mindset – you enjoy creating systems, not just running them
Experience working with high-volume workflows and scaling processes across large user bases
Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (required); experience with automation tools, lightweight scripting, or AI-assisted workflows is a strong plus
Experience working with CRMs and operational tooling, with a focus on workflow design
Strong organizational and execution skills; ability to manage multiple systems and workflows simultaneously
Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage environments; ability to turn messy processes into structured systems
Strong written communication skills; ability to create clear documentation and external-facing materials
Interest in creator ecosystems, marketplaces, or music is a plus

Compensation
$130K–$180K base salary, plus equity, depending on experience and fit
