About this Content and Campaigns Executive role at GoodHabitz

GoodHabitz · Onsite · Eindhoven, North Brabant, Netherlands

Hi, I am Richard Francis here at GoodHabitz and I am hiring a Content & Campaigns Executive for our newly structured Marketing team!

About this role:

As Content & Campaigns Executive, you are a full contributor to the central campaigns engine — not a support function, not an adapter of other people's work. You plan, scope, build and deliver content assets across the full funnel: from brand awareness and lead generation to customer engagement and expansion programmes. You do this as part of a closely collaborating team, where complex multi-touch campaigns are only possible because each person brings their craft and their energy to a shared process.

Your French fluency gives you a specific and valued responsibility: ensuring that core campaigns are genuinely ready for France and French-speaking Belgium. This is not translation — it is localisation in the fullest sense: understanding what resonates culturally, what needs to be adapted beyond the words, and what the French market needs to see in order to engage. You are the person in the room who makes sure the French market is never an afterthought.

Beyond your localisation remit, you contribute to the team's shared output — building central campaign assets, contributing creative ideas, and helping to maintain the pace and quality that allows the team to deliver a major campaign to the business every single month, alongside a steady stream of faster, more reactive micro-campaigns.

Speed and quality are not in tension here — they are both required. You plan carefully, align before you execute, and then move fast. You know what good looks like, and you don't let pace become an excuse for mediocrity.

Requirements

Role responsibilities:

  • Produce full-funnel content. Plan and create assets across the funnel: social, blog posts, landing pages, email sequences, downloadables and event kits for major monthly campaigns and fast-turnaround moments alike.
  • Own French-market localisation. Adapt central campaigns for France and French-speaking Belgium. Not just translating, but shaping tone, cultural context and messaging so GoodHabitz feels native in French. Act as the team's go-to voice for what resonates locally.
  • Collaborate and brief. Work from Product Marketing briefs, push back constructively when they need sharpening, and brief designers and video specialists to bring campaigns to life.
  • Uphold quality and process. Proofread your own and teammates' work, keep the shared asset library organised, and help refine a production process that lets the team move fast without cutting corners.
  • Bring a creative point of view. Contribute ideas that push campaigns beyond the functional and help champion the GoodHabitz brand voice across everything the team produces.

This role is for you if you have:

  • Native or near-native French speaker with strong English: comfortable writing with nuance in both
  • Experience in content, copywriting or campaigns, ideally producing multi-format output
  • A portfolio showing range and quality of written work across formats (social, long-form, email, web)
  • Comfortable working from briefs and translating strategic input into audience-facing content
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (agency or in-house) is a strong plus
  • B2B experience is preferred, but a strong portfolio from other sectors will also be considered
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, HubSpot, Asana or Monday.com is helpful, not required

This role is not for you if:

  • You'd rather polish one piece for a long time than move across many formats at pace: This role means juggling social, long-form and campaign content in the same week
  • You prefer clear-cut briefs over ones you can help shape: You'll often need to question and sharpen direction, not just execute it
  • You're looking to work solo: This role lives in close collaboration with Product Marketing, design, video and the French field marketing team
  • Deep cultural fluency in the French market isn't something you can bring: This role depends on knowing when a direct adaptation works and when it needs rethinking
  • You find it hard to hold a quality bar under tight deadlines: Timelines here are often tight, and proofreading your own and others' work is part of the job
