About this CNC Press Brake Operator role at Clow

Clow is looking for a CNC Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll operate brake press equipment to accurately bend and form metal components that become part of quality products used by leading manufacturers.
This is a hands-on opportunity where you'll learn machine setup, tooling, material handling, and part inspection while developing valuable manufacturing skills. Working alongside experienced team members, you'll build your knowledge of blueprints, job specifications, and precision forming processes.
Shifts Available:
- Shift 13: 4:00am – 2:00pm, Monday – Thursday
- Shift 14: 2:00pm – 12:00am, Monday – Thursday (+$1.25/hour shift differential)
- Shift 21: 6:00am - 6:00pm, Friday - Sunday (+$3.50/hour shift differential)
Starting Rate of Pay:
- $21.25 - $22.25 per hour base rate depending on experience.
What You'll Do
- Operate brake press equipment to form metal parts to specifications
- Set up jobs and verify tooling and material requirements
- Read blueprints and follow work instructions
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
Requirements
- 1+ year of manufacturing or press brake experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Ability to learn multiple operations and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and quality
- Positive attitude and willingness to support other departments as needed
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and handle materials up to 100 lbs
- Frequent bending, reaching, material handling, and part movement
- Required PPE: eye protection, hearing protection, MET guard safety shoes
