About this Clinical Specialist (Medical AI) – Part-Time (50%) role at K Health
We are looking for a Clinical Specialist to join our Medical AI team on a 50% part-time basis.
You will work at the intersection of medicine and AI, creating clinical datasets, evaluating AI-generated outputs, and providing clinical expertise throughout the product development process to help build safe and reliable healthcare AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create and validate high-quality clinical datasets for AI model development and evaluation.
- Review AI-generated clinical outputs and provide structured clinical feedback.
- Perform quality assurance on annotations and production cases.
- Contribute to annotation guidelines, evaluation frameworks, and clinical documentation.
- Partner with Product, AI, and Engineering teams to improve AI products and clinical workflows.
- 6th-year medical student or above (or medical school graduate).
- Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail.
- Interest in AI and familiarity with LLMs
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in medical annotation, clinical research, healthcare AI, or medical informatics is an advantage.
- 50% position (~20 hours/week).
- Hybrid role with at least one day per week in the office.
