About this Client Services Manager role at Clear Junction
Clear Junction is an international fintech company founded in 2016, providing payment infrastructure for banks, payment service providers and other financial institutions worldwide. Headquartered in London and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), we help businesses move money securely across global markets.
We are looking for a Client Services Manager to join our team in the Riga office. In this role, you will support long-term relationships with our B2B clients (banks, PSPs, and financial institutions), monitor daily operations, and support junior team members.
Location: Riga (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
Salary: €2,200–2,800 gross/month (depending on experience)
As part of our Client Services team, you'll support financial institutions throughout their journey with Clear Junction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for client requests via email, chat and occasional video calls
- Building strong day-to-day relationships with B2B clients
- Helping clients with onboarding, account activation and going live
- Coordinating technical requests with our internal IT and Product teams
- Creating and tracking internal tickets to ensure client issues are resolved efficiently
- Keeping clients informed during service incidents and coordinating communication with internal teams
- Supporting clients with operational questions and payment-related enquiries
- Collecting client feedback and helping improve our products and services
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
- Working closely with Operations, Compliance, Product, Sales and Technical Support teams
Requirements
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays calm under pressure and likes solving problems.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B customer support, SaaS client services, or customer-facing operations
- Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Payments, or Banking is a strong advantage
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good written and spoken Russian
- Strong communication and coordinating skills
- Confidence managing several client requests at the same time
- A proactive attitude and attention to detail
