Relationship Manager — Key Account Clients
Responsibilities
- Drive new high-net-worth client acquisition, AUM growth, and revenue targets by proactively building and maintaining deep relationships with high-potential and high-revenue clients
- Partner with the Analyst team to deliver portfolio reviews, hedging strategies, and tailored financial solutions; promote a full suite of products including equities, mutual funds, structured products, and derivatives
- Conduct market and client research to identify sales opportunities, generate leads through investment seminars, client events, and roadshows
- Oversee account setup processes and ensure all client documentation and regulatory requirements are completed accurately and efficiently
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to streamline service delivery and enhance overall client satisfaction at every touchpoint
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Marketing preferred; candidates with equivalent experience are welcome to apply. Holder of MAS licenses / CMFAS relevant examinations is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or financial services, with direct client-facing experience highly preferred
- Strong foundation in financial knowledge; familiarity with derivatives, structured products, private funds, and IPO-related services is an advantage
- Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and client engagement skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service
